In case of any shortcoming or defect, we offer a refund for only the reusable/non-customized items with the genuine reason for defective products. Please note transit damage is not the responsibilty of seller and shall be bearable by the customer.
You have to return the products in suitable condition with good packaging containing only re-usable items at his/her shipping expense to claim the refund. Once we receive the reusable products, it needs to pass the inspection process. If it passes the inspection process, the order is eligible for getting a refund. No refund shall be entertained for your wrong personalized printed items and the customer is solely responsible for losses incurred.
The refund inspection process is the process to verify the refund claim requested by the customer. It will pass or fail on the basis of the return request, product quality, reusability, personalization, etc to make sure the product is not used, is in the same condition, as sent in, and is reusable to sell to other customers.
If the inspection process is not cleared and found product has been tampered with from your side and is not in the same condition as sent in, then we would further communicate with you to resolve the issue.
